By phone - we will answer your questions immediately, in case of more complicated itinerary, we will call you back at the same day.

By fax - you will be informed immediately, in some case we can contact you by phone. For more difficult itinerary you might be informed by us the very next day.

If you know your itinerary might be more complicated please contact us in any case. Prices on our websites might not be actual in some cases (stopovers, flights, special requirements). It is necessary to make a special calculation through our central reservation system to meet your requirement.
