Before you choose a car to rent, you might need to determine following:

Car category - according to number of passengers, luggage, ground condition, distance
Number of drivers - there is an extra cost for another driver or program selection
Car return - there is an extra cost requested for one-way rent

Making an order

We can offer you a car rent in your final destination worldwide. Your order will be processed and your reservation confirmed by return. You will also receive a copy of your reservation.

General information

Renting a car will bring you a certain freedom in your personal schedule. The best you can do is to send your order in advance. According to your confirmed reservation there will be a car ready for you on requested time and place.
-minimum age of driver is usually 23 years. There might be an exception for some destinations and higher car category.
-there might be an extra cost requested for a driver younger than 25 years.
- if there will be more drivers for one rented car, it is necessary to inform us in advance and provide us with their personal dates (a passport, ID card, a driving licence not older than 1 year, international driving licence). There is also an extra cost requested .
If a rented car was driven by person who is not listed in a contract, it is consider as unauthorised  using of a vehicle and breaking up the rule of the contract.

Necessary documentation

(may vary according to airlines)- driving licence - valid at least 1 year.
Czech Republic citizens must have an international driving licence, a valid passport must be always shown, (Czech Republic Citizen must have ID card).

Payment

Mostly requested by credit/debit card. There might be 2 credit cards requested in some countries.

Other information

A rented car has to be returned on exact time and place mentioned in the contract. In case you need to change these conditions you must have a permit from renting company. A car return on other place than mentioned in the contract must be paid in some cases (Drop off charge, Intercity Fee).

All vehicles have a care insurance according to law. There is a possibility of extra insurance in case of accident, damage of vehicle, burglary  or injury.
Vehicles are divided into categories according to their equipment.

At the very beginning of your rent you will get a car with full tank. The price for fuel is never included in your contract and must be paid separately. When a car is returned must have full tank again. This service is called "Refuelling Service".
